The Wellness Club was created to bring people in Bocas together through movement, conversation, and shared experiences.

Once a month, we'll host an event where you can move your body, learn something new, and leave with ideas you can actually use in your everyday life.

We'll also be collaborating with local businesses, practitioners, and brands who are passionate about making our community healthier and more connected.

Whether it's a new habit, a different perspective, or simply meeting people, our goal is that every event leaves you with something valuable.

This isn't about chasing perfection.
It's about building a community that helps each other live well.
